Ways we can work together
AI Leadership Circle | $750 a month
A monthly peer group of 8-12 senior leaders, with a spine. Each session one member brings a live AI decision to work as a case, we brief on what has actually changed, and everyone commits to one thing to test before we meet again. The AI Decision Lab is the Circle's quarterly working day.
Executive AI Advisory | from $2,500 a month
One-to-one counsel for CEOs, boards and leadership teams: where AI is already at work in your organization, what it's worth, where you're exposed, and what to do next. It includes bench-building for the rising leaders who will run it.
Fractional Leadership | from $5,000 a month
I install an AI-assisted marketing operation in 90 days, train your team to run it, and stay on as the executive who governs it. Remote, on a fixed weekly rhythm, as a 90-day build or as ongoing support.

Things I've Built
A few examples of projects using AI & ML tools.
Machine-learning cohort models | 750,000 lives
The problem: a 750,000-member Medicare plan needed to know which members to reach, with what, to close care gaps and lift its Stars ratings.

What I built: with a data-science team, custom machine-learning models that defined HEDIS-gap and CAHPS member cohorts and matched each to the right program. It contributed to a Stars turnaround.
An outreach and contact engine | 50,000 contacts
The problem: reaching the right senior buyers without a sales team or a data vendor doing the work.

What I built: a 50,000-contact prospect file with enrichment, deduplication and segmentation, feeding paced, personalized outbound with every touch logged.
Cue, an SMS-first AI career companion | in beta
The problem: creative students know they should work on their careers, but they're not sure where to start and school and the art community tend not to cover the mechanics of the process at all.
What I built: a text-message companion that turns that intention into one useful step at a time, sized to the week they're actually having, and remembers where each student left off. In beta with a SCAD graduate peer group and a six-student in-school cohort.
A complete publishing operation | one person
The problem: a library of career workbooks for creative graduates had to be written, designed, checked and made print-ready by a team of one.
What I built: an AI-assisted pipeline from outline to press, covering five books and fifteen field guides, with a written design standard, automated QA passes against it, and print-ready imposition.
Pricing & market analysis tool | few hours
The problem: setting prices for a mission-driven product line without a pricing team.
What I built: agents and prompts that produced a value ladder, a competitor benchmark and an affordability test against the audience's real budgets, in a few hours.
